Choose your crystals during a live online visit or receive a curated selection of high-quality photos and videos based on your preferences.

3. Secure your purchase

Make two direct payments: the first, which covers the cost of the crystals, goes directly to the crystal source, while the second is a 7% fee to O.I. for our concierge service.

4. Arrange Shipping & Customs

Choose between air or sea freight, with shipping quotes provided by our team. Once selected, you can make a direct payment to the freight company.

5. Handle Import Taxes

You can check your country’s average tax rates for crystals in this PDF and pay any required fees upon arrival.

6. Receive Your Crystal

Your chosen piece and its certifications will be delivered straight to your doorstep.
